History:
Ignatius (1st-2nd century AD), the third bishop of Antioch and one of Apostolic Fathers, was one of the first to argue for replacement of Sabbath with Lord's Day (Sunday) and also the first to use the word "katholikos" (universal, complete, whole) to describe the church.
