Commentary:
very rare; middle green patina with some roughness and breaks
History:
The male line of the Valentinian dynasty ended with Gratian in 383 AD and his half-brother, Valentinian II, 9 years later but through the duaghter of Valentinian I, Galla, the dynastic line reached to Placidia - the wife on emperor Olybrius.
